(Yicai Global) July 1 -- The People's Bank of China withdrew a net CNY180 billion (USD25.5 billion) from the financial system via open market operations today, following a total withdrawal of CNY130 billion in the last two days.

A previous reverse repo of CNY180 billion matured today, but the PBOC conducted no new ones against it.

The central bank has eschewed new OMOs for three trading days in a row, saying banking system liquidity is still high, per its statement.
