(hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), holds 15,357,635 shares of the Company, accounting for 13.71 of the total share capital of the Company. After the release of the pledge and re-pledge of some of the shares, Tiantong High-Tech has pledged 3,700,000 shares of the company, accounting for 24.09 of its total holdings and 3.30 of the company's total share capital.

The company recently received a notice from the company's shareholder Tiantong High-tech, and learned that part of the company's shares held by it have been released from the pledge and re-pledged. The details are as follows:
