New Products Released

Under the background of the increasing demand for household photovoltaic scenes, major photovoltaic manufacturers have shown their technical strength and actively responded to market challenges. "Yan value", "N type" and "conversion rate" are the high-frequency words of this exhibition.

among them, longji green energy has released a photovoltaic module for villa users -- Hi-MO X6 villa photovoltaic module, with a power generation of up to 450W. It is understood that there is no grid line on the front of the battery of this product, and the whole back welding technology is adopted. The maximum static load on the front of the component reaches 6000Pa, and the maximum static load on the back reaches 3600Pa.

xiexin integration also exhibited a variety of products at this exhibition, including mainstream n-type TOPCon components, "lotus" anti-dust components, n-type TOPCon battery chips, household, industrial and commercial energy storage systems, etc. Just the day before the exhibition, Xiexin Integration also released the "Xiexin Carbon Chain" management platform based on block chain technology and the carbon chain component products based on Xiexin Carbon Chain Management Platform.

jingao technology has brought 0BB high-efficiency photovoltaic modules and single glass anti-ash roof series modules. It is understood that 0BB high-efficiency photovoltaic modules adopt a new generation of Bycium + battery technology, with mass production efficiency reaching 26.5 and module efficiency increasing by 23.1. Single glass anti-ash roof series components are introduced for the special needs of roof scenes, with a power generation gain of 3.56.

Chint Xinneng exhibited a total of 9 component products and 3 battery chips with different technical routes in this exhibition. In terms of component products, 4 are mass-produced main products, 5 are scene-based application products, and battery chips mainly exhibit three different technical routes, such as TOPCon, ZBC, single-junction perovskite.

Aixu shares released a new ABC component-"full screen" component on the eve of the exhibition, with a maximum power of 700W and a conversion efficiency of 25%. "Compared with the past, the'full screen' component is more efficient. It is currently only released. We will make some modifications in the future. It is expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of this year." On June 13, Aixu shares related personnel told the times finance.

With the iterative update of photovoltaic technology, the cells tend to be rectangular, large size, more efficient and other cost-effective direction of development.

hesheng silicon industry presented two new products, TOPCon 210R rectangular battery chip and anti-dust self-cleaning component. According to introduction, the component made of 210R rectangular battery sheet can have an area of more than 1.99 square meters and a power of 465W W. However, the anti-dust self-cleaning component has no frame above and below, which can further improve the comprehensive power generation income of customers. It is expected that by the end of 2024, the production capacity of Hesheng silicon components will reach 20GW.

Optical storage industry synergy deepening

It is worth noting that at first, SNEC was mainly a photovoltaic exhibition, but in the past two years, more and more energy storage companies and supporting manufacturers have also participated in it.

"The trend of deep integration of optical storage is becoming more and more obvious." On June 13, Peng Kuankuan, sales director of the domestic division of Peneng Technology (688063.SH), told Times Finance and Economics that photovoltaic and energy storage are both important components to build and support the future new power system. In the past two years, especially this year (2024), the prices of photovoltaic modules and energy storage systems have dropped sharply. Therefore, although the market environment fluctuates, the installed capacity of industrial and commercial energy storage and large-scale energy storage is rising rapidly, and the industry is obvious.

at the technical level, Yu zhe, chief engineer of shuangliang cooling, told time finance and economics that liquid-cooled energy storage is gradually replacing air-cooled energy storage and becoming the main technical route of electrochemical energy storage, showing the development trend of centralized and large-scale.

"Compared with air-cooled energy storage, liquid-cooled energy storage has better cooling efficiency and temperature uniformity, which improves the service life and energy efficiency of batteries and cells, and has lower cost throughout the life cycle. Under the background that distributed liquid-cooled energy storage has been basically popularized, users will further improve their requirements for application scenarios in the future, hoping to create a simple operation, centralized and unified control, low-carbon energy-saving, and more friendly application environment, which will bring considerable opportunities for the development of centralized liquid-cooled technology." Yu Wei said.

Xinwanda (300207.SZ) released a mobile energy storage vehicle on June 13. It is understood that the mobile energy storage vehicle can be used for high-speed road vehicle breakdown and other emergency situations, to achieve the effect of timely replenishment of electricity. At the same time, the car is also suitable for power grid maintenance and other emergency power occasions, can replace the traditional diesel generator, to provide stable power support for the operation.

"The two-megawatt-hour mobile energy storage vehicle is currently the largest capacity available on the market, and Xinwanda is maximizing its single capacity in the 10-meter-long class. Based on the current market, a civilian pure electric new energy vehicle usually has about 70 to 100 degrees of electricity, our mobile energy storage vehicle carries 2000 degrees of electricity enough to meet the charging needs of more than a dozen to 20 electric vehicles." Xinwanda engineering technology director Li Xiaolong told the times finance.

Yu Dapeng, deputy general manager of TCL Photovoltaic Technology, said in an interview with Times Finance and other media that TCL Photovoltaic Technology has launched different solutions for different application scenarios and needs. The household scene end has introduced smart energy solutions such as classical Chinese style Huaguang Building, Yayun Building and Light Storage and Charging Villa. At the same time, it has also introduced the whole village convergence scheme, which can break through the bottleneck of the current household business. The industrial and commercial sector has introduced a variety of products such as industrial and commercial energy storage, source network storage, "golden roof" and so on. In terms of overseas business, TCL photovoltaic technology mainly covers photovoltaic + energy storage + heat pump + charging piles, provide smart home energy solutions for overseas customers. Operation and maintenance services provide full life cycle operation and maintenance management for the power station through professional operation and maintenance services to ensure the safe operation and efficient power generation of the power station.

"This year's photovoltaic exhibition still looks hot, but how to maintain the healthy and stable development of this industry is still the top priority. Therefore, even if the industry faces internal rolling and great difficulties, everyone has not given up on new technologies. Research and development, still continue to reduce costs while improving quality and efficiency."
