Product Overview

DIA7B104 can automatically sense the direction of signal transmission, with the advantages of lower operating voltage (1.08V), higher slew rate (up to 110Mbps), and lower power consumption. With two independent power rails, DIA7B104 can achieve bidirectional level translation from 1.2V to 5V. The device has an EN control function, when EN is low, the internal circuit is turned off, and all inputs and outputs are set to a high-impedance state. The device is available in TSSOP-14 and QFN-12 packages and is suitable for the automotive-standard Grad1 temperature range (-40°C to 125°C).
