GB/T 36073-2018 Data Management Capability Maturity Assessment Model (DCMM) is the first national standard in the field of data management in China, which was issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China in 2018. The standard includes 28 capability items and 445 evaluation criteria under 8 capability domains (data strategy, data governance, data architecture, data application, data security, data quality, data standards, and data life cycle). The evaluation grades from low to high are initial (level 1), managed level (level 2), robust level (level 3), quantitative management level (level 4) and optimization level (level 5).
Robustness (Level 3) requires enterprises to regard data as an important asset for the performance goals of various departments in the organization, establish a dedicated data management department, and formulate organization-level data management systems and standards. Tianyue Advanced has obtained this authoritative robustness assessment, which means that it has reached a high level of maturity in data management and has completed the standardization and systematization of data management.
