On July 7, 2023, the Company received the Civil Judgment issued by the Fuzhou Intermediate People's Court on the aforementioned case. According to the judgment of the above-mentioned Civil Judgment, the Company shall immediately stop manufacturing and selling the products infringing the invention patent right of "a flexible packaging lithium-ion battery cell widening structure and manufacturing method thereof" (Patent No.ZL201210405678.9) from the effective date of the judgment, and the Company shall compensate ATL for economic losses and reasonable expenses incurred to stop the infringement within 10 days from the effective date of the judgment totaling RMB 40.15 million; The company bears 246,000 yuan of the case acceptance fee.

The company is dissatisfied with the first-instance judgment of the above-mentioned Fuzhou Intermediate People's Court and has appealed to the Supreme People's Court, and the case is currently in the second-instance stage. On February 7, 2025, the Company received the Decision on the Examination of the Request for Invalidation (No. 580366) from the State Intellectual Property Office, which declared all the patent rights involved in the above-mentioned ATL suing the Company for patent infringement dispute case No. ZL201210405678.9 invalidation of all the invention patents involved in the case.
