Huawei will unveil on Nov. 21 a breakthrough AI technology that aims to tackle the industry-wide challenge of low computing resource utilization, China Fund News reported yesterday. While average utilization across the sector sits at just 30% to 40%, Huawei’s new solution can boost that figure to 70%.
