Nio's shares [HKG: 9866] opened 7% lower despite the Chinese EV startup reporting its net loss shrank 31% to CNY3.5 billion (USD490 million) in the third quarter from a year ago, while revenue rose 17% to CNY21.8 billion (USD3.1 billion).
