Taobao Flash Buy eliminated overdue fines for delivery riders in 60 cities nationwide from today to achieve a balanced enhancement of rider safety, order fulfillment efficiency, and user experience, the Chinese e-commerce giant said. The policy will expand to all cities by the end of the year.
