Jaguar Land Rover China has made leadership changes, with CEO Pan Qing, who has held the post since Jan. 1, 2017, promoted to global purchasing director at Jaguar Land Rover while continuing as president of the China arm, while CFO Tim Howar will succeed him as CEO.
