China Customs will roll out a cross-customs zone return policy from April 1 to promote cross-border e-commerce retail exports. Eligible returned goods can be shipped back to designated supervision sites if operators maintain compliant practices, establish independent processing zones, and ensure their systems integrate with the customs data platform.
