Total profits of China's state-owned and state-controlled enterprises fell 2% to CNY626.6 billion (USD91 billion) in the first two months of the year from a year earlier, while their revenue inched up 0.2% to CNY12.57 trillion (USD1.8 trillion), according to data from the Ministry of Finance.
