Laplace Renewable Energy Technology today denied media reports claiming it won a nearly CNY10 billion (USD1.5 billion) order from the second phase of Tesla’s solar project, after its shares [SHE: 688726] surged by the 20% daily limit in morning trading. The Chinese PV equipment supplier said that there is no undisclosed material information. Laplace closed up 11.7% today.
