Hainan's cumulative offshore duty-free sales topped CNY286.4 billion (USD41.76 billion), involving 347 million items, some 15 years after China launched the offshore duty-free shopping policy in the island province, Xinhua reported. Hainan has 12 offshore duty-free stores.
