Hainan province's offshore duty-free sales rose 10% to CNY554 million (USD81 million) over the five-day Labor Day holiday from a year ago, the local customs authority said. Some 846,000 customers bought 441,700 items during the period, up 7.4% and 3.8%, respectively.
