China recorded 1.52 billion inter-regional passenger trips during the five-day Labor Day holiday, up 3.5% from a year earlier, the Ministry of Transport said yesterday. Railway passenger trips rose 4.6% to 106.4 million, while air passenger trips fell 5.7% to 10.5 million.
