China Mobile’s streaming platform Migu said today it has secured the sub-licensing digital distribution rights for the 2026 FIFA World Cup from China’s state broadcaster CCTV. Chinese social media platform Xiaohongshu, also known abroad as RedNote, also got the sub-licensing rights, according to LatePost.
