China's market regulator fined Luxshare Precision CNY900,000 (USD132,620) as it failed to make a pre-notification of acquisition of some certain businesses from WingTech, violating the Anti-Monopoly Law, the State Administration for Market Regulation said on its website today. The Apple supplier proposed the deal in December 2024, seeking to acquire equity stakes and operating assets tied to some of WingTech's ODM businesses.
