Alibaba Group has revamped its compensation structure by including the traditional 13th-month salary into its annual bonus system, according to an internal letter to employees. The Chinese e-commerce giant said the payment will now be split into the Walking Together Award and performance bonus, with payouts postponed from the Chinese New Year period to April or May.
