Pop Mart won an unfair competition lawsuit against Chinese tea chain Naixue over the unauthorized commercial use of its Labubu IP and was compensated CNY320,000 (USD47,225) in damages, Beijing Daily reported yesterday, citing a ruling by the Beijing Chaoyang District People's Court.
