Hainan province's offshore duty-free sales rose 8.6% to CNY202 million (USD29.8 million) over the three-day Dragon Boat festival holiday from a year ago, CCTV reported, citing local customs. Some 34,700 customers bought 159,000 items during the period, up 11% and 1.9%, respectively.
