Moonshot AI's Kimi open-sourced the full Kimi K3 model weights yesterday, along with its technical report and the three core training technologies MoonEP, FlashKDA, and AgentEnv. Released under a modified MIT License, the model can be downloaded, modified, and deployed locally by developers.
