Luckin Coffee said yesterday it won a trademark infringement lawsuit in Thailand, securing the cancellation of a copycat's trademark registrations, a permanent ban on its brand name and deer logo, and more than THB95 million (USD2.8 million) in damages -- the largest award ever granted by a Thai court in an IP case.
