China's tax authorities collected CNY16.7 trillion (USD2.5 trillion) in tax and fee revenue in the first half, including more than CNY10 trillion (USD1.5 trillion) in tax revenue, up 4.9% from a year earlier, an official from the State Taxation Administration said today.
