The Taipei Zoo yesterday celebrated the 22nd birthday of Yuan Yuan, a female giant panda gifted by the Chinese mainland, Xinhua reported. Yuan Yuan and her male companion Tuan Tuan arrived in Taipei in 2008 and had two female offspring -- Yuan Zai in 2013 and Yuan Bao in 2020.
