Alibaba's Tmall will start the presales of this year's 618 shopping festival at 8 p.m. on May 13, with the final payment and purchase time starting at 8 p.m. on May 16 until midnight on May 26. Tmall 618 will have easier rules this year, with discounts from 15% to 50%.
