Alibaba built a 1:1 replica of Hupan Xiaowu, a suburban budget apartment where Jack Ma and 17 other co-founders of the e-commerce giant started their journey into China's internet era in 1999, in its global HQ in Hangzhou to remind all staffers that Alibaba is still in the entrepreneurial process, with eternal pursuit of innovation, CEO Daniel Wu said in an internal letter.
