Enterprises and social organizations that hire jobless individuals aged 16-24 and pay their pensions and insurances for three months will receive a one-time cash bonus of up to CNY1,500 (USD210), effective now until the end of the year, according to a new measure aiming to stir up employment released by the State Council yesterday.
