Hong Kong's privacy watchdog started an investigation after the local unit of Louis Vuitton notified it of a data breach that compromised the personal information of about 419,000 customers in the city, Yahoo Finance reported today. It also launched a probe into the French luxury house's subsidiary to determine if there was delayed notification.
