The China-Laos Railway has moved over 14 million tons of import and export goods worth CNY60 billion (USD8.4 billion) since opening in 2021, according to customs data released yesterday. Its cross-border freight volume rose 6% to 3.43 million tons in the first seven months from a year earlier, with the value jumping 41% to CNY15.4 billion.
