Ford China has set up a new subsidiary, Ford Motor Sales & Service, in Shanghai that will oversee the marketing, sales and service of Ford-branded passenger cars and pickup trucks in China, the China arm of the US carmaker said today. The new unit will begin operations on Oct. 1.
