China's box office presales for the eight-day National Day holiday topped CNY68 million (USD9.5 million) as of 4.00 p.m. yesterday, led by Chinese films Sound of Silence, A Writer’s Odyssey, and Volunteers: Peace at Last, according to film data tracker Beacon.
