Huajiang Grand Canyon Bridge, the world's highest bridge, opened to traffic yesterday in China’s southwestern Guizhou province, Xinhua reported. Soaring 625 meters above the Beipan River in mountainous terrain, the bridge shortens travel time across a deep canyon to just two minutes from two hours. Construction lasted three years.
