(Yicai Global) July 6 -- More than 30 large language models are being showcased at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference, an annual event that opened in Shanghai Expo Center today.

Chinese internet giants Alibaba Group Holding and Baidu and AI startups such as Sense Time and iFlytek are just some of the LLM developers to take part in the event.

Visiting the 50,000-square-meter expo center yesterday, Yicai Global found that the latest achievements in general-purpose LLMs are under the spotlight and the WAIC has an area specifically for the booths of major developers.
