(Yicai Global) Dec. 12 -- China's A-shares opened higher this morning reversing yesterday's downturn amid a rise in the Hong Kong bourse.
The Shanghai Composite Index opened at 2,608.11 points, up 0.54 percent, while the Shenzhen Component Index was up 0.47 percent at 7,721.82 points. The ChiNext Price Index opened at 1,343.90 points, up 0.43 percent.
Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index opened 1.1 percent higher at 26,054.01 points today.
