(Yicai Global) Nov. 3 -- In the fourth quarter of 2017, Apple Inc. [NASDAQ:AAPL] finally ended the six consecutive quarterly decline in its revenues in China, earning USD9.8 billion, up 11.5 percent over the same period a year earlier.

In the fourth fiscal quarter that run from July 1, 2017 to Sept. 30, 2017, Apple Inc. has bagged revenues of USD52.6 billion, a year-on-year growth of 11.5 percent. The company made USD 10.7 billion of net profit, an increase of 18.9 percent over the previous year, showed Apple's financial report released yesterday.

Commenting on the US technology firm's growing revenues in China, Apple Inc. CEO Tom Cook hailed an "all-time record" for Mac sales in the Chinese mainland. "The China rebound was broad based across the products. So, we just had a phenomenal quarter on iPad, on the Mac, on Services, on Apple Watch, on iPhone," Cook said.

Apple's revenues posted largest gains in China market. In the first quarter of 2015, the firm's earnings in China rose by 70 percent from a year earlier to USD16.1 billion, making China Apple's third largest market in the world.
