(Yicai Global) July 26 -- Leoben's AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik signed an agreement with Chongqing's Liangjiang New Area to invest EUR1.1 billion (USD1.2 billion) to build a new printed circuit board factory in the national-level development area in southwestern China, Xinhua News Agency reported. 

The plant is scheduled to start production by the end of 2021.
