(Yicai Global) Oct. 15 -- China's BY-Health will join hands with Fonterra Cooperative Group, a Kiwi dairy co-op, to develop dietary supplements.

Fonterra penned a  three-year partnership agreement with BY-Health regarding lactoprotein  and probiotics, the Zhuhai-based nutritional supplements maker said in a  statement yesterday. 

BY-Health's [SZE:300146] share price dropped by 2.7 percent to CNY16.74 (USD2.40) in the afternoon.

The Auckland-based firm's stock [FCG:NZ] declined by 0.5 percent to NZD4.01 (USD2.50) today.
