(Yicai Global) Sept. 27 -- China's food security is guaranteed, Han Changfu, China's Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, said at a press conference today.

China's grain output has achieved a bumper harvest for 15 consecutive years. In the past four years, it has remained above 650 billion kilograms. China's per capita food stocks have reached more than 470 kilograms, significantly exceeding the food security needs set by the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, he said.
