(Yicai Global) Feb. 13 -- China has dispatched almost 21,600 civilian doctors and nurses to Central Hubei province, the heart of the new coronavirus outbreak, to help patients.
The staff have reached each county in the province, Xinhua News Agency reported, citing data from the National Health Commission.
Besides the civilian workforce boost, China's military today sent 1,400 medical workers to Wuhan, the capital city of Hubei, as part of a plan to bring the total of military medics in the city to more than 4,000.
