(Yicai Global) March 30 -- China's stock market closed lower despite rebounding in the afternoon, with agricultural sector stocks among the top gainers.
The Shanghai Composite Index closed down 0.9 percent at 2,747.21 on turnover of CNY250.7 billion (USD35.4 billion), and the Shenzhen Component Index fell 2.03 percent to 9,904.95 with a trading volume of CNY382.4 billion, while the ChiNext Price Index, which tracks growth enterprises listed in Shenzhen, dropped by 2.28 percent to 1,860.48, with a trading volume of 125.9 billion.
Cybersecurity, tourism and information technology were among the biggest losers.
