(Yicai Global) June  4 -- The Shanghai Interbank Offered Rate was mostly lower today,  despite the People's Bank of China 's open market operations withdrew  CNY90 billion (USD13 billion) worth of cash from its monetary system  today.

The overnight SHIBOR was down 26.50 basis points to 1.7380  percent, the one-week rate fell 15.40 bips to 2.3990 percent. The  SHIBOR for three-month loans slid 0.2 bips to 2.9020 percent.

The one month rate,however, rise today, it increased 1.20 bips to 2.8210 percent.
