(Yicai Global) Nov. 6 --  Last year's CIIE greatly raised the efficiency of procurement at China Southern Airlines, one of China's biggest airline firms, said Li Guoyang, deputy general manager of procurement at the Guangzhou-based firm's Import and Export Trading Department. He expects the second CIIE to have even more abundant, high-quality offerings.
