(Yicai Global) Oct. 28 -- A kick from blockchain-related shares spurred China's stock markets to keep on rising till noon.
The Shanghai Composite Index went into lunch 0.72 percent higher at 2,976.22. The Shenzhen Component Index edged up 1.38 percent to 9,794.23. The ChiNext Price Index, which tracks growth enterprises in Shenzhen, rose 1.63 percent to 1,702.57.
The Hang Seng Index, which tracks the Hong Kong market, also went up by 1.16 percent to 26,976.07 at 11.50 a.m.
