(Yicai Global) Aug. 12 -- The Civil Aviation Administration of China paused three international flights yesterday because of passengers infected with Covid-19.

The first of the routes is Etihad Airways's EY862 to Shanghai from Abu Dhabi as six passengers tested positive for the virus on Aug. 3. Six cases were also detected on China Eastern Airlines's MU212 to Shanghai from Manila on Aug. 5. The two flights will be canceled for the entire week next week.

The third route is SriLankan Airlines's UL866 from Colombo to the same eastern Chinese city that had 23 infected passengers onboard on Aug. 7. This route will be suspended for four weeks starting Aug. 17.
