(Yicai Global) Oct. 25 -- Chinese mainland stock markets were headed to different directions this morning as Shanghai's main index fell slightly while Shenzhen's two major ones inched up.

The Shanghai Composite Index opened 0.02 percent lower at 2,940.47. The Shenzhen Component Index rose 0.07 percent to 9,562.30. The ChiNext Price Index, which tracks growth enterprises listed in Shenzhen, climbed 0.09 percent to 1,655.29.
