(Yicai Global) June 25 -- Huangbaoche, a Chinese overseas travel booking firm, has raised USD50 million in its C+ series of funding, led by Shenzhen Capital Group.
Huangbaoche, operated by Chuncui Travel, closed the deal in the first quarter, the Beijing-based firm said in a statement.
Last March, Sequoia Capital China led the company's USD50 million C round of funding. The firm garnered CNY120 million (USD17.4 million) its B series in 2016 and CNY220 million in its B+ round in 2017. It logged CNY48 million in its A series in 2015.
Founded in 2014, Huangbaoche has served more than 10 million users, selling tours, airport pick-up services and car rental, according to its site. It had 100,000 registered local guides at the end of the first quarter, covering more than 1,800 cities in over 90 countries.
