(Yicai Global) Sept. 25 -- China's mainland stock markets ended the morning session mixed while bargain-hunting wasn't strong enough to lift the three major equity benchmarks into positive territory.

The Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.24 percent to 3,215.42. The Shenzhen Component Index slid 0.06 percent to 12,809.28. The ChiNext, which growth enterprises listed in Shenzhen, rose 0.02 percent to 2536.32.
