(Yicai Global) April 8 -- Courts have released assets belonging to Wang Sicong, the cash-strapped son of Chinese property magnate Wang Jianlin, according to data from corporate information platform Yianyancha.

Courts unfroze his stake in investment firm Prometheus Capital after locking the shares up when his game live-streaming platform Panda TV went bankrupt in March 2019. Other assets of his were also frozen because of disputes between him and Panda TV investors.

Wang has reached agreements with investors of Prometheus Capital who will bear a loss of CNY2 billion (USD283 million), the heir to Wang Jianlin’s fortune said in December.
