Okura committed to performance indicators for next year, 2019 and 2020, and will be first in line to obtain preferential agency rights in other markets if it beats sales targets by 10 percent in 2018.
The Chinese company has also penned agreements with government departments and non-governmental organizations in the countries it wants to expand into so it can promote its products in these regions.
The pair will also provide intelligent and personalized Big Data services to cities, governments, companies and citizens of the target markets through an Internet of Things platform based on new-energy vehicle terminals, and smart street lamps made with Dongxu Optoelectronic's graphene high-power LEDs.
The companies will also promote graphene electric heating technology in the countries.
